Any questions about the activity?
Who can play this game? From what age?
Everyone can play at Escape Game dimension. All you need to do is put together a team of minimum 2 and maximum 8 people (aged 15 and over). The puzzles are designed for adults, but children aged 10 and over can join the group if accompanied by at least two adults. Children under the age of 9 are welcome in the playroom, provided they follow certain rules and are accompanied by at least two adults. However, the Mystery Room at Lived Street is forbidden to children under 13. (The general atmosphere in the room is frightening and may frighten them).
Can you play in a wheelchair?
Our La Malédiction de Morgane venue can accommodate people with reduced mobility (conventional wheelchairs).
Why should I give it a try?
We offer a different experience from other classic group activities. You can find opportunities to test your concentration, observation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Is it difficult? and do we need to be clever?
The game is designed to be completed in 60 minutes through concentration and puzzle-solving. You don’t need any special skills other than using your brain and acting fast – cooperation is the key to success! You don’t have to be a math or general knowledge whiz… No IQ test here! This doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone can finish the game!
Do we have to wear costumes to play?
No. However, we recommend that you bring as few possessions and accessories as possible with you, so that you can move around comfortably and quickly during the game. You’re welcome to come dressed up, for an even more immersive game!
Will I be safe during the game?
Yes, you won’t meet any terrifying creatures. What’s more, there’ll be real-time monitoring in every room of the Escape Game, and we’ll be keeping an eye on your safety throughout.
How to make a reservation
Reservations can only be made via the website with payment of a deposit.
Can I pay by cash, Culture Pass or ANCV cheque?
We accept cash, ANCV cheques, credit cards and Pass Culture.
Is it possible to use a GAMeside gift voucher or coupon for Escape Games?
No, they’re 2 different companies. GAMeside vouchers are valid for the Action Game, quiz side, Sing Side and THIS IS BLINDTEST.
If I’m late, can I get a refund?
No refunds will be made if the session cannot take place. For the Action Game, if the calendar allows it, we may be able to move the reservation or send you a coupon for the amount you have paid. For quizzes, karaoke, Escape Games or Blind Tests, the room has been specially reserved for your team. We will therefore not be able to refund the session in the event of a delay, nor will we be able to honor the session, as this would delay other bookings after you.
What happens if I cancel a reservation?
No refunds will be made. However, we will send you a voucher valid for 1 year corresponding to the deposit you have paid.
